We were a group of Singaporeans with 9 adults, 2 kids & 1 toddler and was our 1st family trip to Australia. We purchased the tickets for Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary prior to our trip and visited the Sanctuary on 6 March 2014 (1 day before our return flight to Singapore. Happy and Enjoy are the words we have! The kids and adults had so much fun exploring the park and of course, feeding the kangaroos. Thank You Experience Oz for giving us a memorable Gold Coast Holiday!!!

It was an excellent experience and recommendable to all families. It is a full day out so plan nothing for the afternoon or the evening. Remember to take a hat. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful tropical native bird and animal sanctuary, it is not fancy or very big but we and our toddler really enjoyed the day there.

We went to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary and it was a great day out. We spend roughly 4 hours climbing in the Adventure Park. The children, aged 13 had a great time (just one finished the black course though - it is very high). The little one loved the train ride, feeding the wallabies and the playground. It was worth the trip

The kids, aged 4 and 6 thoroughly enjoyed Currumbin. They wanted to go back again! Loved the shows and the kids loved feeding the lorikeets. The train ride was a big hit too! Will visit again when we next return to the gold coast.

This was my first time visiting Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary in a number of years, and the first time visiting with my very own children! We had an amazing day, being able to watch my little ones get up so close with the animals was something amazing! Money well spent!

My brother and I had a wonderful and fanstantic experience at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Gold Coast. The Aboriginal Dancers put on a great performance ' What's the magic word? Sassa'.

My family visited there from Auckland. My kids are age 12 boy and age 10 girl who are not interested in Zoo. However my friedns strongly recommended, so anyway we visited. We arrived from 8:00am bird feeding (It's free but give them donation. It's worth it) till very late afternoon. It was one of best attraction in Gold Coast even for big children! Kids took picture with Koala and baby crocodile. The price was reusable. The bird show was amazing and we spend long time with kangaroos. The volunteer guides were so friendly and helpful. My kids said they wanted stay more longer. We visited just after school holiday so not many tourist. I really recomend to visit there for all age group. And need all day to spend.

What a lovely park, set in beautiful natural surroundings, in a cool-shady Australian bush setting. Our family loved the entertaining and educational bird show. We particularly loved getting up close and personal with a snake, koalas and kangaroos… all of which we got to touch and hold.

I AM A LOCAL AND EVERYTIME WE HAVE VISITORS, I TAKE THEM TO THE SANCTUARY. IT IS ALWAYS MUCH ENJOYED AND GIVES VISITORS A REAL FEEL FOR THE INCREDIBLE ANIMALS WE HAVE HERE IN AUSTRALIA WITHOUT HAVING TO TRAVEL FAR TO SEE THEM. YOU ALL DO SUCH AN AMAZING JOB AND WITH THE DECLINE IN NUMBERS OF THE KOALAS AND DEVILS, PRESERVING THEM FOR OUR GRANDCHILDREN IS SO IMPORTANT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

CWS is a great place to visit to experience Australian Wildlife. There are many hands on experiences to have such as photo opportunities with various animals, kangaroo and lorikeet feeding, and a great free flight bird show. There is a train that takes you around the park and there is plenty of opportunities to fuel up in various parts of the park. We loved visiting just as much as our children did.

The Bird Sanctuary (as it will always be to me, even though they changed the name to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary years ago) is still a great value day out if you like animals as they have pretty much every major species covered. It's a good introduction for foreigners and first-timers to Australia and usually not too crowded from the times i've been there. Be sure to stay around before closing time for feeding the Lorrikeets!

We had a wonderful family outing one Saturday to the Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary. We had a visitor from Italy and this was the best place to take him to experience our Australian Culture.
by
Short visit from England to see family, went to Currumbin Sanctuary to see Kangaroo's and Koala's. There was so much more, had a great day and I wouldn't waste my time driving all the way to Noosa to see Australia Zoo. Great Gold Coast attraction and would recommend to any international visitor
