  • Please arrive at the Gondola departure point at least 10 minutes before your confirmed departure time. Late arrival may result in shortened cruise time.
Cancellation Policy
  • Once your booking has been confirmed, any cancellation or change will be subject to the following terms and conditions:
  • No refund will be given for any booking changed or cancelled within 48 hours of cruise departure time and any outstanding balance to be paid will be charged to your credit card.
  • No rescheduling within 48 hours
  • Non-arrival for a scheduled booking will be treated as a cancellation
  • A full refund will be made available to customers in the event of a cancellation due to adverse weather conditions
  • Cruises cancelled outside of 48 hours have the choice of a partial refund less a 10% cancellation fee off the total amount or a gift voucher for the full amount paid
